Do you offer nationwide delivery?

Yes. We deliver to all UK postcodes served by Royal Mail. We do not currently offer international delivery.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

All UK postal orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery starts from £4.65, with the exact charge calculated according to the weight of your order and shown at checkout.

Delivery is free on orders of £35 or more. Royal Mail aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed and certain postcodes may take longer.

Can I order fresh or frozen items online?

Yes. Fresh, chilled and frozen products can be ordered online and are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 to minimise the amount of time they spend in transit.

Our fresh produce arrives at the beginning of each week, and we dispatch fresh orders shortly after arrival. Please refrigerate or freeze temperature-sensitive items as soon as your delivery arrives.

Do you offer local delivery or collection?

Yes. Local delivery costs £5 and is available on orders over £50 within approximately three miles of our shop. The option will appear at checkout if your address is eligible.

Free collection from our Earl’s Court shop is also available at checkout.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Yes! You’ll find our family-run supermarket at 8a Hogarth Road, Earl’s Court, London, SW5 0PT. We’re open every day from 9am to 8pm.
