Ingredients: Chilli, Lemongrass, garlic, salt, shallots, galangal, shrimp paste, Kaffir Lime Peel, coriander seeds & various spices.

Instructions

1. Heat a skillet and add coconut milk together with content of this packet.
2. Add meat and stir-fry until done.
3. Add water.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Add eggplants and cook until tender.
6. Add fish sauce to taste.
