Ingredients: Sugar (45%), Baked Coarse Peanuts (22.10%), Spices (Chilli Powder. Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Curry Powder (with colour: E100 Curcumin), Coriander Powder, Mustard Powder (9.31%), Maltodextrin (8.5%), Salt (4.85%), Dextrose (3.9%), Soy Sauce Powder (Wheat Flour, Soybeans and Yeast Extract), Flavour Enhancer: E621 Monosodium Glutamate, Emulsifier: E451(i) Pentasodium Triphosphate, Thickener: E1442 Hydroxy Propyl Distarch Phosphate, Anti-caking agent: E341 (iii) Tricalcium Phosphate, Acidity Regulator: E296 Malic Acid.

Instructions

1. Chicken Satay : Mix Satay Marinade with coconut milk.
2. Marinate for 1 hour.
3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
4. Grill until done.
5. Satay Dipping Sauce : Mix Satay Sauce Mix with coconut milk.
6. Add vegetable oil.
7. Bring to a boil.
8. Lower heat and simmer.
9. Stir-fry until the oil separates.
